Pros

3 months of training to get you acquainted with the company and get your Series 7 and 63 licenses Amazing benefits (health, vision, dental, 401k, PTO, etc.)

Cons

Training for the license exams is shorter compared to other companies, but they bring in instructors in order to help speed the process along. There is just a lot of outside work involved when studying for the Series 7.
