      1. Great benefit pakcage especially the tuition reimbursement program 2. Great career path in place 3. Excellent opportunity for new technologist to start career

      There needs to be balanced between flexibility and structure. It's too ridgit in some area.

      It's A Job, Not A Career.

      Pros

      Vanguard offers good benefits, a nice work environment, and does a pretty good job of promoting diversity in the workplace.

      Cons

      Very few chances for advancement, uninformed middle-management (team leaders), and advancement usually depends on your friendship with a manager. Vanguard also has a habit of terminating the more tenured employees to prevent the stigma of layoffs during downturns in the market. 'The system used to generate metrics (Horizon) is often run incorrectly and results in negatively skewed productivity percentages. I tried to inform crew relations of one such error, however my words fell upon deaf ears.

      Some room for advancement here. If you work hard and you will have opportunities to advance in your career here.

      Cons

      Has somewhat of a low salary but the benefits are good. The people that work here are great and have made many friendships.
