Pros

Training program, education reimbursement, and health benefits.

Cons

The merit increases are only 2% annually!!! And that's if you get a perfect review!!! That doesn't even cover inflation. If you are promoted you only get a 7% raise

Pros

PTO, 401k, training benefits are the pros.

Cons

I don't know where to start. If you are liked and someone is helping you, you can get ahead...big example is the IT departments. Especially the SOC!!!! These folks practice favoritism and advance the ones they want to get ahead. They don't promote black women! Maybe one or two can get ahead but don't think you can because they already met their quota for black women in leadership positions!!!! You can't move forward even if you have a degree. Promotion has skipped many black people that I know of. I hate to say that Vanguard is not for black women but it is very hard to get ahead. If you start in customer service you will be on the phones all day or pushing paper work. Don't waste your energy and education to come here find a fortune 50 company to work for. One where you know your salary is competitive (Vanguard salary is low). A company is best place to work... something Vanguard wants to be again but is going down a dark road. Lastly a company that promotes diversity in all positions.

Pros

Benefits, Bonuses, Partnership, co-workers, work/life balance (at least it use to be a pro).

Cons

The company doesn't layoff. But, what they do instead to cut head count is deceitful disgraceful and demeaning.
