      Pros

      Literally none. They do not reward hard work and loyalty. I am disgusted about everything having to do with this job.

      Cons

      You take their horrible phone role so that you can hopefully work your way up. After months trying to get a position off of the phone, every internal app denies you because you only have phone experience. It is actually a trap they just work until you quit.

      Pros

      Company does strive to put clients first and perform in an ethical manner. Nice place to start a career. Nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Company is going through big changes and most be one of the annoited few to move up with any type of consistency. The company was better before it got overly successful, "power corrupts absolutely". Word to the wise spend more energy into the politics and net-working instead of daily performance. If you want to excel to well in projects as people leadership success is virtually ignored.

      Incompetent Internship Program Leaders

      Pros

      Individual and group capstone project to work on during the 10-week internship.

      Cons

      The leaders of the internship program will do anything they can to find criticism to give the interns. The idea of positive feedback was completely lost on them. There was also zero process in place for the actual managers of interns to give their intern a performance review. The leaders of the internship program were petty and completely wrong to be overseeing college interns. Hiring two completely out of touch parents makes no sense. Internship is marketed as an opportunity for a full-time role in the rotational program, but in reality most offers were for phone roles.
