37.5 Hour work week Start off with 18 PTO days Low stress work

Cons

Not competitive salary Bonuses are based off of "how successful our clients" are, not consistent Different teams and divisions are drastically different.

Pros

I can only speak for my team and my specific department but some pros for me are: - Great work life balance. Can work from home often - Job isn't too stressful - Good coworkers - Good benefits

Cons

- Only negative aspect in my opinion is the pay. 84k is pretty low for a software engineer in my opinion. However, I am used to NYC and big city salaries.
