Great for social interaction but watch your hours!

Pros

I loved meeting new people and regrowing that social rapport. Everybody was extremely patient and welcoming. The training videos actually weren’t boring. I loved the offer for a free pair of shoes when becoming a new associate! Plenty of savings and rewards when working with Vans.

Cons

Be on track of your hours, I unfortunately didn’t have reliable transportation and was put on extremely late night hours to clean/close. At times the register can be stressful and the app can have glitches with customers wanting their rewards points.
