      Pros

      Vanta has been an incredible place to start my sales career. The work is challenging but rewarding, leadership is supportive and transparent, and the culture is fun and collaborative. I’ve grown a lot in just six months and feel excited about my future here.

      None so far — and if there’s ever an area where I need help, leadership immediately works on it.

      IC's are cool. Good base pay. OTE is great

      Cons

      Good luck hitting that OTE. Markets are becoming crowded as they are hiring like crazy. Another review actually said its "meaningful work" hahahaha It's standard SaaS sales slop. Not meaningful at all. It pays well if you hit OTE, but that's a big if... pretty much unless you have a really great market to yourself, you're cooked. Leadership are too dense to fix it or (more likely) they don't care.
