Management are all over the shop and panic every 2 weeks. You can hit your target or over exceed one month and then be on a pip the next month. They put so much pressure on you that you can’t do your job properly. It’s very normal to not hit target for 2-3 months in sales and then make up for it. All they care about on a weekly basis is bookings and ARR. There is no coaching or support just book revenue and that’s it. The SLT team don’t like you working from home or taking holiday yet they are taking 3 week long vacations in Portugal at the quarter end and say they are working remote yet you can’t get hold of them. What a joke. Change fast or you will lose all good talent and be having someone new every few months.
