      dominating the competition, product is innovating, i trust the leadership to make the write decisions. we have genuinely good people in leadership that are smart and they hire smart people. its incredibly competitive at work but in a healthy way where we encourage each other

      sales in general is very stressful and its no different here. ankle biter competition

      Pace of product upgrades means constantly learning about new features Being the market leader brings a LOT of copy cat competitors that overpromise and undercut pricing (but most customer can see through the claims)

      Good OTE but you'll never hit your number. The people who do well have been there from the start and have a hold out on all good accounts.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership! Sales org in EMEA is being run into the ground by people who don't have a clue what they are doing and have the worst people skills on the planet. No good qualities about them from a personal and professional level and you'll lose all ambition and faith in humanity after your first meeting or 1:1 with them. If you're thinking of joining just do your homework
