      Here are some of the pros of working at Vanta - Culture - Great people to work with, very nice and supportive, hard working and honest who try to come up with really unique solutions to challenging problems - Company - Successful and growing company in a growing market - Flexibility - Remote friendly with people working from all over the country

      The cons are very much tied to our success - fast turn around times on projects, communication issues etc. - these are the cons that are tied at the hip with any fast growing company.
