      Pros

      - You're constantly stretched and challenged - There is a lot of transparency and everyone understands the why/impact behind their work - Great vision and Vantans are aligned / all working towards the same goals - It's so cliche, but the people at Vanta truly are awesome to work with, the culture is what keeps so many of us grinding year after year.

      Cons

      It's not a knock on Vanta but a call out on how demanding working in a hyper-growth successful start-up is. There is fast-paced, and then there is Vanta-paced. What was true yesterday and what was required to do the job will most likely be different tomorrow.

      - Rocket ship, even within the wider macro environment, with amazing product market fit and a true strategy for getting even bigger - Interesting projects, coworkers
