Cons

Questionable Engineering practices Poor interdepartmental communication Unhealthy and unrealistic expectations on Support Lack of clear feedback or direction - just fluff Isolating High friction when bringing errors to light - pointed out employment policies in contravention to local workplace law (This was ultimately resolved but was met with internal resistance)

Senior leadership is a mess and they treat employees poorly -Revenue and Finance orgs are always operating in fire-drill status as there is poor direction from the top (need better mid-level management as well, not ICs that are rewarded by execs for doing loyal IC work) Leadership rewards posturing - posturers given leadership roles Expectation to go above and beyond - not uncommon to work 60-70 hours per week to stay on-track
