      Lack of clear direction and intention. Leadership is subpar and does not understand how to lead effectively. No one is hitting quota and the entire process is a complete disaster. Leadership over corrects course and can’t effectively pivot to market changes. They threaten your employment on a monthly basis, and you never know when you may get fired or laid off. Forecasting and quota are imaginary numbers they pulled out of thin air, if you’re SMB be ready to be expected to close more then mid-market reps even if you’re deals are 1/5 of the size.

      Leadership is the strongest I have been around. The Vanta Principles are real and play into our every day decisions. People here truly aim to do the best work of their career while at Vanta and it shows.
