      Cons

      Misaligned expectations from management on goal setting. Goals set to make career advancement slow. Team members mis-leveled - some with more experience were lower than others but given more work. Clear favoritism and biases on the team.

      - CEO and almost entire C Suite is really, really strong - Transparent culture - Company has a lot of momentum right now; lots to be excited about (despite poor market conditions) - High talent bar, colleagues are generally superstars

      Things move really fast and a lot is expected of everyone. Can get tiring/overwhelming.
