      Nice people with a clear passion for helping others If you get stuck, you will eventually find someone to help you Customer centric Pay is above average The Llama What the product is addressing and the impact to long term success and value

      Questionable Engineering practices Poor interdepartmental communication Unhealthy and unrealistic expectations on Support Lack of clear feedback or direction - just fluff Isolating High friction when bringing errors to light - pointed out employment policies in contravention to local workplace law (This was ultimately resolved but was met with internal resistance)

      Pros

      Vanta is one of those rare companies that has a need to have product. Not only is there an incredible market opportunity but the growth rate is truly remarkable. I've seen the company more than double in growth since I joined and there's no signs of slowing down. Pay and perks are very competitive and there's plenty of room for growth if you do well.

      Cons

      Competition in this space is heavy - Vanta wins way more often than loses in competitive deals, however the ankle biting brings deals value down which is annoying. I'd also say high level leadership communication seems very disconnected - this is typical with hyper growth companies but it's definitely a pain point.
