      Category-defining product – Vanta created the compliance automation space and is still the market leader Strong comp & benefits – competitive salary, equity, and thoughtful perks Inspiring leadership – the CEO sets a clear vision, and the leadership team is approachable, direct, and truly open to feedback Supportive culture – people are smart, helpful, and collaborative Nice office – modern, comfortable space that encourages connection and focus

      not a con, you expect that from a fast growing company: very fast paced. But if it makes fun, you don't mind it :)

      Pros

      Customers love this product and what it can do for their business. The pace a which the EDP team team ship feature developments is second to none, 9/10 a customer see's the difference in a trial and safely positions Vanta above the copycats trying desperately to win a logo based on price.

      Cons

      There's no denying the fact that the opportunity ahead of Vanta comes with pressure, keeping up with the pace of this environment is tough but it can be exciting for the right people.
