      Pros

      - Vanta is the true market leader with an insane product market fit (even in 2023 and the tech downturn) - Great place to make significant money if you put the hours - Great product velocity and strong EPD team that releases new integrations/features every week - Big shout out to our CEO who is super down to earth, very accessible and always willing to help.

      Cons

      - Poor work-life balance : impossible to be successful if you don't put the hours (hard to take days off if you want to hit your monthly quota) so get ready to work A LOT (and be stressed most of the time) - Career growth can be unclear, no one knows what needs to be done to go to the next level which can create a lot of frustration

      Pros

      The biggest pro is the team - smart, driven, good crew. Vanta is scaling - career opportunities are strong and the company is pre-IPO. Base comp is strong and kickers for over-attainment offer a lot of upside. Vanta is a market-leading "need to have" product.

      Cons

      It's a scaling company and the daily pace is very fast. More than half the leads are inbound / SDR sourced (positive) but the outbound motion is key to success.
