There are still dedicated employees, especially the ground staff who continue to work hard and remain committed, but many are also looking out as they don't feel appreciated.

Cons

The company had a strong culture about 3 years ago, but over the past year it has changed significantly. It has become highly political, with limited HR intervention to address toxic behaviors. The recent departure of the Chief People & Culture Officer further reflects the instability. There is a noticeable hire-and fire approach, with some employees exiting within 3 months, which raises questions around culture, hiring decisions, and role fit. There is a strong preference for external hires or known contacts, with limited consideration given to internal employees for growth or mobility opportunities.
