As a leader seeing other division exercise termination like there’s no tomorrow, is really a reflection of Equinix culture the new leader brings especially when HR should be center of the business to regulate this

Cons

Singapore especially is toxic culturally for the people team

Vantage is full of extremely talented and well educated people. There is so much you can learn from your coworkers, especially being a global company. It is truly a melting pot of people, knowledge and culture.

Cons

Some groups operate very separately from one another when they would do better in a collaborative setting.

Idea is great, some people really good

Cons

From my experience, the environment at Vantage Data Centers felt overly political. A lot of people seemed more focused on pleasing their bosses and protecting their image than doing real work. Speaking up or challenging bad decisions didn’t feel safe, and success often seemed tied to managing up rather than performance. The constant politics made day-to-day work unnecessarily stressful and demotivating.
