      Good benefits and location, but poor management culture

      Pros

      Good company benefits (e.g. benefits, health screening, etc.) and good office location.

      Cons

      Terrible management and culture. Manager is untrained, disorganised and incompetent in technical skillsets. Lack of protocol and workflows. Do not recommend for anyone who is looking for a good learning from manager/ management.

      Clean environment and good benefits overshadow chaotic management

      Pros

      The factory is very clean and stays around 60 degrees year-round. They also have great benefits.

      Cons

      Management is a mess. Nobody seems to know what is going on, and they will surprise you with overtime that they swore wouldn't happen. As long as you keep your head down and stay flexible, you will be okay.
