      Pros

      It's cool working with satellite Imagery

      Cons

      The company is making life miserable for employees. Merit increases have been about 2% company wide for the last 5 years. About 4 layoff waves in the last 6 months. Everybody is overworked. Continuously getting more strict with return to the office. No equity. They've removed health benefits and increased premiums. They preach "startup mentality" so we work very hard but don't get compensated as a startup employee.

      Pros

      The mission is at the soul of the company. The people are smart, funny, caring and dedicated. These are the best people I have EVER work with or for.

      Lots of change, while I do think most of it is for the positive it can be difficult to navigate at time.
