Pros

The people. Very much a pleasure to come to work each day and work with the people I did. The mission. Get to build and work on cool things, space is the frontier and there’s lots of neat tech.

Cons

Pay. Much lower than market. RTO culture. Decreasing flexibility over the years to WFH, senior leaders want more butts in the seat so to speak. Several rounds of layoffs this year, including experienced and valuable, cultural knowledge.
