Maxar has been successful in hiring great people. Most folks I work with are smart, reasonable, and intelligent.

Cons

Recent takeover by soulless private equity firm leaves a lot of teams gutted. Morale isn't great at this time.

They used to have good benefits.

Cons

Private equity came in and bought the company. They are in the process of laying most everyone off and only telling them the day of. Horrible leadership that can't get things done. Their major satellites are almost 4 years behind schedule and leadership can't sort it out.
