      The company where you do NOT matter

      Pros

      Possibility to transfer from one government contract to another - given that you have made efforts to connect with others within the company.

      Cons

      When a contract ends there is not much effort from the company to find you another position on another contract. Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging is just a joke - especially for neurodivergent people. Discrimination based on disability and retaliatory wrongful termination - if you dare to complain - is an accepted practice. One of the company values supposed to be "You matter" but this is definitely a company where that is just a lie.
