      Lots of changes, but mostly for the better

      Pros

      Exciting vision for the future, leaders who care (even if they're changing thing up compared to how we used to do things), awesome colleagues, and interesting work. The business is growing for the first time in years.

      Cons

      We are PE-owned, so that does come with its own pressures and intensity. It's definitely not for everyone.

      Pros

      Cool mission, interesting work, lots of cool people. They had a cafe in house for breakfast and lunch so you wouldn't have to leave the office which was nice.

      Cons

      Not a ton of room to grow or progress. Lots of turnover. Communication problems.
