      Pros

      Maxar has been successful in hiring great people. Most folks I work with are smart, reasonable, and intelligent.

      Cons

      Recent takeover by soulless private equity firm leaves a lot of teams gutted. Morale isn't great at this time.

      Literally making the world a better place.

      Cons

      Low maturity when it comes to planning, prioritization, focus, team topology and team sustainability. A satellite data company which does not know how to build and maintain software and systems.

      Some managers that actually want to bring the company into the 21st century.

      Cons

      Paranoid, unprofessional "manager" having me watched and feeling threatened because I came from one of the biggest tech companies in Silicon Valley.
