      As a new entrant it is a great onboarding experience in Maxar Technologies. A very good work culture, professional approach, support and freedom of thought for the employees makes it a company worth sweating for.

      Great People - PE Firm is carving it up

      Senior leadership got us bought out b a PE firm who then chopped up the company and laid many people off.

      Flexible time off is awesome, people you work with day-to-day are great.

      Cons

      Classic large company corporate culture. Dishonest and shallow communication from C-Suite, managers have hands tied by larger policies across the company, you're just a number.
