      - Reasonable work-like balance - Friendly coworkers

      Cons

      Directives change frequently as leadership and their priorities are in constant flux. At times, upper- and director-level management seem more focused on self-preservation and projecting authority than learning the company and providing clear and correct strategic direction. This leads to questionable decisions, confusion, inefficiency, poor morale, turnover, and the random layoff of experienced and capable engineers who truly want to show up for the company. I no longer enjoy working here.

      No Trust No job security Poor pay for what you do Have to take on jobs not hired for when coworkers are let go Management lies Poor morale (company's fault) No loyalty from management or company Backstabbing company politics Stay away if you can, you will only waste years here

      Flexible time off you can take

      Company is full of management who have absolutely no idea what the company does or how the industry works. More interested in developer productivity metrics than actually building or fixing products and the business. Upper management are completely out of touch so they hire snake oil salesmen to tell them what they want to hear, while hollowing out the people who do the actual work. Company will be lucky to around in 5 years.
