Great benefits options for all types of lifestyles PTO/time off policy is pretty generous Lots of required regular communication with supervisors and regular check ins

Cons

The pay for low tier employees is pretty dismal despite the benefits, and there is not a very clear outline for how you can get promoted. It also takes a very long time to move up, even with constant positive feedback.

- Inexistent support structures - No growth - Out of touch management - Lack of focus - Extremely inefficient processes. Waterfall masquerading as Agile. - Product and Engineering orgs are completely disconnected - Constant layoffs and high turnover rate. Good talent keeps leaving the company. - Company keeps mindlessly chasing industry trends
