Work from home, unlimited income meaning the guarded you work the more money you will make, great co workers, fun environment.

Cons

Management are puppets, never recognized for extra effort, expectations unrealistic. Varsity is just a bully pushing employees around. Pushing clients around to buy things they don't want or need then stabbing them with astronomical shipping charges.

Pros

You get to travel and expand your network. Great experience for Athletic Training students as you don't only get athletic training experience, you get management experience as well. Pay is decent. Food and housing is taken care of and you get reimbursed for gas. The more years you work with the company the more you will earn per camp. Office staff is great.

Cons

The summer camps can start to take a toll on you mentally. You wear out by the end of the summer.

I am currently a Sales Rep/New Business Specialist, with experience in the corporate office as well. I love Varsity and everything they have to offer. They allow sales reps to work from home with great benefits. Help is always available when needed. And upper management listens to our feedback and is always working to make our jobs easier.

Cons

Expenses are not paid for: office supplies, gas, extra needed samples, etc. Some internal processes are lengthy and manual, so an update in technology internally would be great.
