Pros

Fortune 500 company and steady growing. Job security with plenty of opportunity for overtime during the busy season. Good people and a generally hostile free environment.

Cons

Benefits decreasing. There is little opportunity for growth. Managers rarely leave and there are no bonuses or employee stock options. Low starting pay for most production jobs.

Pros

The best company to work for in the Cheer and Dance Industry. The resources available such as full benefits, a 401K plan, and the overall stability in the market are unlike any in the industry. This company is not going anywhere. This company has a flexible work environment offering both in and out of office positions. A company that has events all over the country and even international, and depending on your role allows for travel to incredible locations.

Cons

The promotion process and ability to move up can be limited depending on what division you work with. I also think they have a hard time letting employees go that are not producing simply because they have been there a long time or are "friends" with everyone.

The flexible hours and ability to set your own schedule can be great. It's great knowing that the company stands behind their products 100%.

Cons

The hours can be very long given that most appointments occur after school or in the early evenings. The long drive times can be challenging as well.
