I have worked for Varsity for 7 years. Absolutely LOVE it!! I think this is by far one of the best run companies for both their employees and their customers. They stand behind everything they do. I have been in the industry for 30 years, and they are 100% genuine. Love the schedule, I will be here till I retire!!

Cons

Long hours part of the year, I actually love it! you must be a go getter and a self starter!

Pros

It was very rewarding, and you build friendships. Your co-workers become your second family.

Cons

It was very stressful at times. Also, they expect you to do a ton of work on your own. A lot of times we wouldn't get to be able to go to bed until after midnight and then be expected to wake up at 6 am to work camps. The compensation was also terrible.

It is a great company to work for! Very friendly people and a fun culture to be a part of.

Cons

They don't pay for sales reps travel expenses. They encourage you to always be on the road prospecting, but some have a 4 hour territory, yet they don't pay mileage or anything. I spent over $7k due to driving expanses in one year. They say you can claim it on your taxes, but in the state I lived in you couldn't at the state level.
