Pros

- Not a lot of Red Tape; if you have a question, you can usual go straight to the person needed - They are always looking for feedback and use the Reps to be part of the change they implement; always looking to get better. - Minimal Management Tiers - works as a pro because there are not too many levels of management - which makes it still a small-feel but big-time company. - As a Sales Rep, you work from home and dictate your schedule - Use of Technology has really made us a stronger Salesforce - you have the tools do work efficiently. - Many tasks and projects to do at once - if you are a multi-tasker, it's great!

Cons

- Extremely Limited Opportunity to Move Up; can feel stuck in the same place many times - Long Hours (not always a bad thing) and depending on territory, travel can be quite far. In busy season, you are hardly in your office so working late nights and weekends is a must. - Not reimbursed for any office supplies, gas, overnight stays for fittings/appointment - all that is on you. - Reps have MANY tasks to do and every year, there is more added to your plate. Either you are able to handle it or you sink; not much grey area there.

Pros

A Strong and Reputable company who's management and tech support are Bar None. Great benefits, Fantastic Product Line. Quality environment and continued training throughout the year.

Cons

one downfall would be to resolve issues with billing, invoicing in a back/forth email game or babysitting discount approvals that have already been established or approved by upper management. time consumption on this issue is the only downside. Not having new, updated products 'in hand' from the moment our sales conference has ended.. this leads to feeling you're behind in the game of sales against your competitors.

Pros

There's a reason Varsity is the clear industry leader in cheerleading and dance. This company is dedicated to providing its employees and customers with the best possible experience. I get to work with some of the most passionate and talented people in the industry. Just as an example, a few months after I started working here, CEO Jeff Webb came through our office and before his meeting he realized I was new and took the time to talk to me and get to know me a little bit and asked me what I thought about working here. There are several corporate offices around the country with over a hundred employees at each location, and that he cared to get to know the new receptionist was very meaningful to me. I'm grateful to work here and don't plan on ever working for another company!

Cons

I don't have any complaints.
