      Pros

      Vault Pressure Control is a great company to work for. They provide significant opportunities for growth and always look to promote from within first. VPC is a large company with a family owned feel, the leadership ensures visiting facilities and employees often is a priority. If you are looking to change companies or get into the industry for the first time Vault is a top tier choice.

      Training programs need some work at a corporate level.

      The best part of working at Vault is the people that I work with everyday, both locally and at other facilities - everyone is working together to get the job done safely and on time.

      Oil and gas can be a volatile market with boom and bust cycles

      Pros

      Upper management is highly involved in branch operations. Lots of internal company support if you look for it. Company culture and performance has drastically improved since breaking away from GE and Baker.

      Cons

      Some legacy BH and GE employees whine about the higher levels of accountability and reduction in entitlements but the best coworkers have adapted to the mindset and are great to work with.
