More technical debt than the Mobro 4000 and a constant demand for new features only compound it. Management expects you to sacrifice your time on marathon conference calls when dealing with customer issues, which will include a holiday weekends because downtime would be catastrophic. Lack of automation: Releases are fairly painful and testing is enormously burdensome. Expect to be in the office at least weekly regardless of what the job description might claim.
