The technologies being worked on is very real-world relevant. We use industry best-practices with lots of room to customize to our needs. Working hard to provide the training needed for people to be successful. Helpful and knowledgable peers. Eager to purchase tools needed to better do my job.

Cons

Smaller company, which means we all wear many hats and have lots of work in progress. Maintaining a good work-life balance id challenging.
