It's a fairly easy job once you gain an understanding of what you're supposed to be doing. It is a lot of repetitive work.

Cons

Does not feel like the company utilizes anyone's suggestions for improvement seriously. They will ask for ideas and then do what they were going to do anyway.

Working in the R&D is great. Flexible hours, great co workers, friendly managers, opportunity to grow.

Cons

Sometimes there are lull periods where you have to find work, but hey there is always new things to learn online and our manager supports that.
