For instance if you resign on 15th December, 2015, they will relieve you on 31st January, 2016 wherein they should have relieved you on 14th January, 2016. The rules are crazy. Due to this you may miss good opportunity at your next company. The notice period not negotiable and no buy out option. If you have no other option, work here for not more than 18 months and move on to some other company with better job prospects.
