Vecima is a profitable revenue generating company.

The company had a long successful track record and they have established credibility with some of the largest players in their target markets.

Cons

Communication is not always clear from top to bottom and across geographies. Sometimes the people doing the work would like to have more insight into why decisions were made. It is disappointing that the stock market has not rewarded the company despite having consistent revenue over many years.

Friendly environment, a real low-level software plus hardware manufacturing company in a small city, which for me is a preference. also has a good healthcare plan.

Cons

payment isn't competitive, sometimes needs to do a lot of (hourly paid) OT to deliver the project in time, but I like what I do here so not really complaining
