Pros

Excellent work-life balance with benefits. The HR team really seems to care and help during the interview process and onboarding training too. My fellow team members have been wonderful helping me set up in my technical area. Till now I never felt like an employee because my manager and team treat me as a person. I look forward to making a full career at Vecima and Recommend this company to a youngster like me.

Chair and CEO run the show, all boys on the Board and mgmt, don’t think for even one second that fairness, diversity and inclusiveness are present here. Beware!!!
