Good for Alarm Techs who like to push sales

Pros

Earn good money, all drive time is covered, beneficial when first and last job are 2 hours away. Potential bonuses from sale commissions. Good shot of earning way above hourly wage.

Cons

Excessive push for more and more sales for techs. Majority of clients have ancient alarm systems. Excessive hours from long drives, and more service calls jammed in. Often did 15 hour days

A lot of good, dedicated, friendly employees - mid management down.

Cons

Company sets unreasonable unattainable expectations so they don't have to reward good performance. Sr management makes decisions without input with people actually performing the jobs. Sr management doesn't have a clue what's going on in local offices, they only care about hitting bottom line #'s that they set blindly.
