Pros

The individual contributors in this company are all dedicated and focused to deliver a great customer experience.

Cons

The new leadership team was disconnected from individual contributors and created new organizational structures that were detrimental to customers.

Thank you for submitting your review. We’re disappointed to learn that your experience at Vector has not been positive and encourage you to discuss any issues with your supervisor or our HR team. Employee feedback is what drives positive culture change at Vector. Our flexible PTO policy, new parental leave policy, revised and improved benefits package, and the implementation of our Employee Resource Groups are all a result of the feedback and suggestions we received from our team members. We have an amazing, talented team and want to ensure everyone feels supported at Vector.

Pros

There are no pro's - Vector is bleeding employees because of it's toxic culture

Cons

The culture is toxic and people were asked to travel for indoor social events during the pandemic. Workload is unsustainable, pay is low, and employees are leaving in droves.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We carefully consider all reviews to see how we can improve. The health and safety of our team members continues to remain the top priority for Vector and has been at the forefront of every business decision since the beginning of the pandemic. Until very recently, all travel for Vector team members was suspended and no team member has ever been asked or expected to compromise their safety and well-being for a company event. In fact, Vector made the decision to postpone our annual parties and move our 2022 National Sales Meeting from an in-person event to a virtual event due to the recent surge of Omicron cases. Attrition is higher across many industries due to the pandemic, but our HR team is working hard to recruit top talent to our team as we continue to grow and expand.
