Thank you for your feedback. We carefully consider all reviews to help us see how we can improve. We’re disappointed to hear about your dissatisfaction and will continue to focus on building a culture of integrity, transparency and trust. Understanding the needs of our clients and employees is of utmost importance and a top priority for leadership. We have seen tremendous growth over the past year, both organically and through several major acquisitions that have allowed us to expand our business and offer even more cutting-edge solutions to our customers. That’s why we recently reorganized staff and transitioned dedicated and experienced team members into new roles to better address this growth and meet employee and company needs.

Pros

- Fully Remote - They used to do Lunch & Learns when I first started - Laptop provided was of higher quality

Cons

- No training/onboarding program whatsoever - No offline meetups, summits, nor employee gatherings - Departments exist in silos; you will never see/talk to employees from other areas - Support roles were fully outsourced to staffing agencies in the Philippines/Colombia - Employees are extremely cliquey and gatekeep as much useful knowledge as possible - Sales team members deliver false promises and enhancement request lies to sell customers - Middle Management prevents any work from actually being done; they've all mastered "corpo speak" and provide next to nothing in terms of real work completed. - Directors are faceless corproate executives you will never see nor hear from, but will consistently demand proof that your team deserves to remain employed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. While we’re sorry to hear your time at Vector Solutions didn’t meet your expectations, we genuinely appreciate the feedback and your years of contribution. We’d like to clarify a few points around onboarding and connection. All new hires—regardless of location—are invited to participate in our robust, in-person onboarding program held at our Tampa office. This experience is designed to help new team members build relationships, gain context across departments, and feel supported as they begin their journey at Vector. We also support a hybrid workplace model. Team members who live near one of our office locations are always welcome to work from the office, collaborate in person, or attend team events and meetings. Building community, whether virtually or in person, remains a priority—and we continue to look for new ways to foster cross-functional collaboration in line with our values of Teamwork and Inclusiveness. We’re also focused on strengthening our knowledge-sharing practices and improving role clarity. Through tools like engagement and pulse surveys, we listen closely to employee feedback and use it to guide where and how we need to grow. Thank you again for your time at Vector. We wish you the very best in your next chapter.
