Pros

They buy out all of their competition so they are one of the biggest games in town.

Cons

Trial by fire on-boarding where your manager will likely not have any guidance on how to support you. Should’ve seen the red flag when the person who I initially interviewed with bailed and then his replacement bailed a week after I started.

Attrition is higher across many industries due to the pandemic, but our HR team is working hard to recruit top talent to our team as we continue to grow and expand.

Pros

Paycheck is about all I can say.

Cons

The culture is one where sales is king and can do whatever they want. Bullying and deceit are the driving forces of the business unit. Salespeople falsifying documents for their best interest and directors verbally beating down employees are regular occurances. Sales people are simply order takers and "yes" people. Overpromising things and guaranteeing things they have no clue about. Favoritism is rampant as people with little knowledge of what the core business is all about are put in leadership roles regularly. It was a good company that has lost its client focus and become a pompous and unresponsive mess
