      CEO does a wonderful job of communicating to employees, with regular all hands meetings and really shows that he cares.

      Cons

      Opportunities for growth are promised and never delivered.

      Pros

      Good company culture as far as outings/ events offered.

      Cons

      HR was by far the worst aspect. They don’t listen nor care about they are being told by numerous individuals. Very uncomfortable work environment.

      Pros

      There are many ... if you used to work at Syniverse.

      Cons

      They are making decisions that only benefit the equity company, not the employees. And if you don't work out of the Tampa office you are completely ignored.
