Pros

- Freedom to work and learn - No politics in place - Your efforts are surely be recognized - Helping mentors or leaders - Good company, especially for freshers, as there is very less work pressure on them in terms to learn effectively

Cons

- Only Canteen Food as it is almost the same every night. I am not sure about the food being served in the day as I work in the night shift.

I have joined Vee Technologies recently and the fact about the work culture is extra ordinary as I see vast business diversity in alignment with my career goal. Every day is a learning day, I have never see such transparent open door culture in my 10 years of experience.

Cons

Good to see many changes in the past few months especially enabling function New people process technology will be the key for future success

Training is good and also working environment, collegues were supportive

Cons

For fresher's basic pay is very less.. Appraisal also for employees won't be on time.. U have to wait for more than 3 month. Not even government holidays..
