Training is good and also working environment, collegues were supportive

For fresher's basic pay is very less.. Appraisal also for employees won't be on time.. U have to wait for more than 3 month. Not even government holidays..

Everything is a Concern only, We have to be a Bonded Labour with submitting our Original mark sheets, cheque leaf and NDA. Lot many internal politics, Very poor Management, very low salary budget they have. Management never knows what happening in the out side world, they simply like a "Frog in well". No growth, only who is ready to do bucketing for the Managers can be moved very Fast to next level.
