      Great Products and Great People

      Pros

      Veeam's products are really fantastic, as is pretty much anyone you'll work with at or under the director level.

      Cons

      Any higher than director though and people seem pretty far removed from what you deal with working directly with the customer. As that is the case and since the leadership is trying desperately to take the company public, it can make for some interesting top down changes to policy.
