The pay is good, relative to the difficulty of the job

1. Perspectives. You are full of perspectives here in Veeam. Really, you can start from the very beginning as a Junior QA Engineer, and after some time of hard, but interesting work will be pleasantly surprised by your new job title and salary. 2. Team. Most of my colleagues are strong professionals and just nice people. So you can get something new anytime and have a couple of drinks on Friday evening. 3. Work. As I wrote above work is hard, but interesting, because products are difficult and you learn something new every day. I'm still doing it. 4. Management. Management is really flexible and helpful. I mean you may have any problems, whatever and your lead and lead of your lead and so on, all of them will try to help. 5. Salary and bonuses. Stable salary without any problems. Hundreds of corporate bonuses - cute office, meal cards, corporate mobile plan, mobile phone, tablet, multisport card, corporate stuff (clothes, office things, gifts, and so on), meetups, conferences, language courses (but I skipped English, as you can see :) ) and so on.
