The Team is amazing, hard times - ask the team. Low motivation - go check in with your team. Veeam is a Team. Veeam does not make everything right, but investing in Development and purchasing smart Company to make growth happen.. that’s smart. Acknowledging the circumstances of market - and running the right moves… that‘s what I appreciate with Veeam. And the customers… not all happy fair to say - but most of them are happy or simply a FAN.. so that makes Sales a happy place.

Cons

Constant change makes a clear communication necessary… that’s not the strength of Veeam. They improve - they try and it will be better.
